Return Policy

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase from our store DaisyPromDress. If you are not satisfied, please see our returns policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Important Hint:
(1)If there is no quality problem, we refuse to return the product. If you purchase and don't like it after you receive it, we refuse to return it!

(2) Please choose the size that suits you carefully, for custom and plus size orders, sorry we cannot accept returns because even if they are returned, we cannot sell them again in the future.

(3) Due to the color difference between computer screens, especially between CRT screens and LCD screens, we cannot guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same as the photos you see. If you require 100% consistency with the picture, please do not pay. There will definitely be color differences between different fabrics of the same color. If you ask us for a refund just because of the color difference, we will not accept it. I'm sorry about that.

(4) We do not accept returns on trial purchases. If you only need one item of clothing, please do not order more than one item and return the others you don't like. Because all clothes are made after payment, it is difficult to sell them again even if they are returned.

But don't worry, if the clothes have obvious quality problems, such as large dirt, tears or surface defects, please send us clear pictures within 7 days after receiving the clothes. We can work this out together.

Return Policy:

1. Contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.

2. We accept returns if the clothes have quality problems or the size is wrong. Provide us with photos of the garment to show evidence of damage or poor quality, this also applies to size, or incorrect style and color etc.

3. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Return and exchange shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Items must be returned within 7-15 days of delivery. Returned items must be in good condition (like new) and you can try on the clothes, but without any damage or dirty marks, otherwise we will refuse the return. We only accept products in their original condition and we cannot process any returned products without our approval. Any return without our approval will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.

6. The shipping method we use for you, then when you return it, you must use the same shipping method. If we ship this dress to you via DHL/UPS/FEDEX, then you need to use the same method as well.

7. After returning the item, please provide the tracking number of the item to customer service via email so that we can track it.

8. All returned items will be inspected. Once we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned, we will process the refund. Once we process a refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service.
